Kris Foraker

Kris Foraker joined Valley Vista in 2006 as the office manager, and shortly thereafter became a licensed real estate agent. In 2008 she left for a brief period of time and came back in 2012 where she has been a part of the property management aspect of the company. She has more than 10 years of financial, accounting, and lending experience in credit unions, with assignments in member services, accounting, collections, and loans. Her experience in loan origination, processing, underwriting, closing, and administration has given her an appreciation for the financial side of real estate transactions, and her energy and adaptability make her an excellent, people-oriented property coordinator. When not helping tenants and owners, she can be found on the lake enjoying her boat, working out in the gym, or simply spending quality time with family and friends.
