Sylvia Bowie

In addition to her real estate sales, Sylvia is responsible for marketing available properties, showing homes to potential tenants, reviewing applications, negotiating lease terms, and being on site for move-in and move-out walkthroughs. She is friendly and outgoing, loves meeting new people and matching them with their new home, and thoroughly enjoys the ever-changing nature of the real estate business. A Fresno County native, Sylvia is active in the Clovis Community and has lived in the award-winning Buchanan School district since 2006. Her adorable children attend Woods Elementary, where she volunteers her time as a member of the School Site Council and the Parent-Teacher Club. She served as co-vice president of the PTC last year and currently serves as treasurer. She even coached her son’s Clovis Recreation football team one season. Somehow she still finds time to attend HOW (Helping One Woman) dinners, read, travel, cook, and go on family camping trips.
