David Kucera

David Kucera is a California licensed real estate broker and principal of both Valley Vista Properties in Clovis, California and Santa Clara Properties in Palo Alto, California. David has over 35 years experience in residential real estate sales, real estate financing, property management, and real estate investments. David is an active manager of his own portfolio of investment homes plus helps manage the portfolio of properties managed by Valley Vista Properties.

David has been involved in innovative programs such as equity sharing and down payment assistance programs for residential buyers. David has been the subject of several prominent newspaper articles and writes and coordinates the publishing of newsletters for Valley Vista Properties and Santa Clara Properties.

David holds an MS degree from Stanford University in Operations Research, a BS degree in Mathematics from San Jose State University, and a BS degree in Mathematics from University of California Davis. David also holds a Graduate Research Institute certificate (GRI) in real estate.
